End of a Chapter

End of a Chapter

This message has been a long time coming.

We were so delusional with passion, Imani and I struggled to admit business was not working as it had at our highest points. Many factors were at play, some faced by all businesses since COVID, and others due to personal challenges in health and work. Through all the ebbs and flows, it has been such a pleasure to share our experiences within the Afro-Diasporic culture to the public through our Best of Boston® 2022 & 2023 hair accessories, and home decor.

There is but so much pushing one can do before the wall ahead wins. Our online store will be closing down with our largest sale to date – up to 65% SITEWIDE through September 30th. It's been a beautiful journey but when it's not working, it's time to move towards more promising endeavors.

Thank you for being a partner in our business. We have since lost track of how many heads we've wrapped and people we've held space for in our workshops, but super happy to know you were part of our journey.

We will continue to offer Creating with Adinkra and our Wrapshop™: The Art & Fashion of Head Wrapping. If your organization believes in cultural competency, complete our workshop inquiry forms here and here.

So, what's next?

This January, we lean into our Happiness Retreat in our Motherland; Portland, Jamaica.

Nestled in the Blue Mountains, you will experience 7-days of community tourism within our family resort, daily Jamaican cuisine, historic tours, riverside partying, bonfires, sunrise yoga and so much more. An invaluable week surrounded by love and fun, we hope you will consider joining us.

To learn more, complete our inquiry form.

For many years of support, we thank you.

Bless,

Imani & Del
